When I was a child, I used to watch trains go by and imagine where the passengers on the trains came from and where they were going. It was a kind of curiosity about the distance. But now I am in the distance, watching the passing trains in central London. As a foreigner living abroad, I seem to have lost my sensitivity to life in my country, and I often look back on my life here to compare and reflect on my relationship with my country. I living in this constant floating and being chosen. At that moment, the familiar train makes me think about it. They are overlapping, reality and memory, past and present, and destiny for the future.
